A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to George Champagne and Morgan, Darlene & Scott Hogan to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-62, a resubdivision of Lots C-2, C-3 I, I-1 and a portion of a 15' lane being portions of Lots 55 & 53 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract into Lots I-1A, I-1B and I-1C, located at 226B and 242 Autin Lane in Des Allemands, with a waiver to the required 50-feet of street frontage on Lot I-1B, situated in Section 39, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required hard-surface frontage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners George Champagne and Morgan, Darlene & Scott Hogan, wish to subdivide Lots C-2, C-3 I, I-1 and a portion of a 15' lane being portions of Lots 55 & 53 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract into Lots I-1A, I-1B and I-1C, located at 226B and 242 Autin Lane in Des Allemands; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for Lot I-1C.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to George Champagne and Morgan, Darlene & Scott Hogan to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-62, a resubdivision of Lots C-2, C-3 I, I-1 and a portion of a 15' lane being portions of Lots 55 & 53 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract into Lots I-1A, I-1B and I-1C, located at 226B and 242 Autin Lane in Des Allemands, with a waiver to the required 50-feet of street frontage on Lot I-1B, situated in Section 39, T14S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.
