Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P011002, Bar None East Subsurface, Phase II to balance contractual quantities with actual quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-6-8 adopted June 7, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Sealevel Construction, Inc. for the construction of Bar None East Subsurface, Phase II in the amount of $197,518.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 - Final is necessary to close out the construction contract with Sealevel Construction, Inc. for Parish Project No. P011002, Bar None East Subsurface, Phase II.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for Parish Project No. P011002, Bar None East Subsurface, Phase II, to reduce the contract amount by forty-six thousand eight hundred two dollars and no cents ($46,802.00) and decrease the contract time by forty-one (41) days, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
