Title
An ordinance to amend the 2001 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to provide an increase in the transfer from the General Fund to the Retired Senior Volunteer Program Special Revenue fund to purchase a 14 passenger bus to replace the 15 passenger van that was totaled this summer.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2001 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted by Ordinance No. 00-11-4 on November 19, 2000; and amended February 14, 2001 by Executive Orders 01-1 and 01-2; May 7, 2001 by Executive Order 01-3; May 21, 2001 by Ordinance No. 01-5-21; June 18, 2001 by Ordinance No. 01-6-5, June 20, 2001 by Executive Order 01-4; July 23, 2001 by Ordinance No. 01-7-7; July 27, 2001 by Executive Order 01-5; July 31, 2001 by Executive Order 01-6; August 28, 2001 by Executive Order 01-7; and September 17, 2001 by Ordinance No. 01-9-12; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2001 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2001 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as “Exhibit A”.
