Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a License for Underground Pipelines, Cables, and Conduits with Illinois Central Railroad Company for Project P970903, South Destrehan Avenue Improvements, in the total amount of $6,375.00.
Body
WHEREAS, a License for Underground Pipelines, Cables, and Conduits (see Attachment 1) was sent by the Illinois Central Railroad Company on March 7, 2002, to St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, the License for Underground Pipelines, Cables, and Conduits is necessary in order to perform a 48-inch jack and bore underneath the Illinois Central Railroad at the northern end of South Destrehan Avenue, as a part of the drainage improvements associated with Parish Project P970903, South Destrehan Avenue Improvements.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the License for Underground Pipelines, Cables, and Conduits with Illinois Central Railroad Company for South Destrehan Avenue Improvements be hereby accepted in the total amount of $6,375.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
