Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization for Mary Washington to create a nonconforming Lots, 44A and 44B, per Plan entitled "Survey Plat & Resubdivision of the east half of Lot 44 of the P.R. Vicknair Subdivision" with waivers to the required 50' width frontage requirement in an R-1A(M) zoning district at 200 Schoolhouse Road, Killona, LA.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the minimum frontage and area in the creation of new lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, Mary Washington, requests resubdivision of one lot zoned R-1A(M) into two in which neither of the lots will meet neither the required 50' width required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby provide this supporting resolution to Mary Washington for resubdivision as shown on the plat entitled, "Survey Plat & Resubdivision of the east half of Lot 44 of the P.R. Vicknair Subdivision" into Lots herein designated as Lots 44A and 44B, with waivers to the required 50' width frontage requirement in an R-1A(M) zoning district at 200 Schoolhouse Road, Killona, LA.

And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2008, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
