A resolution requesting that the Planning & Zoning and Public Works Departments develop a procedure, to be codified by ordinance, which allows property owners to pave the street right-of-way located in front of their lot in order to provide for additional paved parking for their personal use within Parish right-of-ways.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request that the Planning & Zoning and Public Works Departments develop a procedure, to be codified by ordinance, which allows property owners to pave the street right-of-way located in front of their lot in order to provide for additional paved parking for their personal use within Parish right-of-ways.
