Title
An Ordinance adopting the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Waterworks and Wastewater District No. 1 Capital Improvements Budget Program for fiscal year 2002 through 2006.
Body
WHEREAS,      The Parish President has submitted a proposed Capital Improvements Budget Program to the St. Charles Parish Council, and;
WHEREAS,      The St. Charles Parish Council has reviewed the proposed Consolidated Waterworks and Wastewater District No. 1 Capital Improvements Budget Program for fiscal year 2002 through 2006 attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified herewith as "Exhibit A".
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.   That  the Consolidated Waterworks and Wastewater District No. 1 Capital Improvements Budget Program for fiscal year 2002 through 2006 attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified herewith as "Exhibit A" is hereby adopted.
