RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. John P. Rome, Jr. to the St. Charles Parish Coastal Zone Advisory Committee as Member 2.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COASTAL ZONE ADVISORY COMMITTEE; due to the resignation of Mr. Charles A. Smith on June 16, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. John P. Rome, Jr. 408 Honeysuckle Dr. Norco, LA 70079 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COASTAL ZONE ADVISORY COMMITTEE as Member 2 for a term of TWO (2) years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective SEPTEMBER 23, 2025 and shall expire SEPTEMBER 23, 2027.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective immediately upon adoption.
