Title

An ordinance adopting the St. Charles Parish Council Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget for fiscal year 2007 through 2009 in accordance with the Parish Transportation Act.

Body

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

WHEREAS,      In accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statutes 48:751-760, the Parish Transportation Act, and the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter, the Parish President has submitted the Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget for fiscal year 2007 through 2009 to the St. Charles Parish Council; and,

WHEREAS,      The Parish Council has taken under advisement the study of the Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PARISH TRANSPORTATION ACT AND THE HOME RULE CHARTER, THE ST. CHARLES PARITH COUNCIL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN to adopt the Road and Bridges Capital Program Budget for fiscal year 2007 through 2009 identified as "Exhibit A".
