Title

An ordinance to provide for the installation of a "STOP" sign on Hale Street at its intersection of Fonda Street in Paradis, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15 Motor Vehicles and Traffic provides for the installation of traffic control signs; and,

WHEREAS,      it is the desire of the Parish Council to authorize the installation of a "STOP" sign on Hale Street at its intersection of Fonda Street in Paradis, La.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That there are hereby established a "STOP" sign on Hale Street at its intersection of Fonda Street in Paradis, La.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to erect and maintain said "STOP" sign.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
