RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Mary Bunch to the Library Service District Board of Control.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL; due to the resignation of Ms. Janel Ryan on November 8, 2005 ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Mary Bunch, 289 W. Oakland, St. Rose, LA 70087 be appointed to fill unexpired term on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and terminate APRIL 1, 2010 .
