Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Agreement between Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, and St. Charles Parish to provide architectural services for the Ormond Ball Field Renovation at 1901 Ormond Boulevard in Destrehan.
Body
WHEREAS, the Parish desires to engage Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, to provide architectural services for the Ormond Ball Field Renovation at 1901 Ormond Boulevard in Destrehan to include the redesign of the ball field layout, incorporate central concession/restrooms, fencing and lighting along with a multi-sport field option at the rear fields to incorporate children play areas with additional parking to include new asphalt parking along the railroad track side and concrete paved sidewalks, dugouts, benches and related accessories; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish and Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, to enter into an agreement for said services.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Agreement between Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, and St. Charles Parish for the Ormond Ball Field renovation at 1901 Ormond Boulevard in Destrehan is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
