Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Sherry Richmond-Frank. for - "Creative Growth Counseling & Coaching, Inc." - life coaching at 501 Arlington Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Sherry Richmond-Frank would require Louisiana State licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Sherry Richmond-Frank, 501 Arlington Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "Creative Growth Counseling & coaching, Inc." - life coaching is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Sherry Richmond-Frank a home occupation permit for life coaching.
