Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification of Lot 340A, Carolyn Drive Subdivision, bearing municipal address 126 Carolyn Drive, Destrehan from R-1A(M) and C-2 to R-2, as requested by Stein Management, LLC.
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner requests rezoning the property from R-1A(M) and C-2 to R-2; and,
WHEREAS, the St Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of this request; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting on April 7, 2016.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. St Charles Parish does hereby approve an ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the land use zoning classification of Lot 340A, Carolyn Drive Subdivision, bearing municipal address 126 Carolyn Drive, Destrehan from R-1A(M) and C-2 to R-2, as requested by Stein Management, LLC.
SECTION II. That the St. Charles Parish Department of Planning & Zoning is authorized to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect this reclassification of Lot 340A, Carolyn Drive Subdivision, bearing municipal address 126 Carolyn Drive, Destrehan from R-1A(M) and C-2 to R-2, as requested by Stein Management, LLC.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2016 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
