Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Alultimo and Jessica Villasenor - "D.A. Snowballs" - a snowball stand at 17213 Old Spanish Trail, Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Alultimo and Jessica Villasenor would require Louisiana State licensing for a snowball stand.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Alultimo and Jessica Villasenor at 17213 Old Spanish Trail, Des Allemands, La - "D.A. Snowballs" - a snowball stand is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Alultimo and Jessica Villasenor a home occupation permit for a snowball stand.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
