Title
An ordinance to rescind Ordinance No. 07-9-3 which installed "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING" signs on all streets in Country Cottage Estates; Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, Phase III A, Phase III CA, and Phase III CB in Montz.
Body
WHEREAS, on September 17, 2007, Ordinance No. 07-9-3 was adopted by the Parish Council authorizing the installation of "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING" signs on all streets in Country Cottage Estates; Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, Phase III A, Phase III CA, and Phase III CB in Montz.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 07-9-3 adopted on September 17, 2007, is hereby rescinded.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2008 , to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
