RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mrs. Amanda Pertuis to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT due to the expiration of the term of Major Donald Smith on August 19, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mrs. Amanda Pertuis 260 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT representing the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2023 and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2027.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2023, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
