Title

A resolution to appoint Mr. Kenny Wenning, Jr. to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing the St. Charles Parish Council.

Body

WHEREAS,                     there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Thomas Barreca, Jr. on August 19, 2022; and,

WHEREAS,                     it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that                      Mr. Kenny Wenning, Jr.                                                               606 4^th Street, Norco, LA  70079                                                                                     is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2022 and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2026.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
