RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to amend the Parish Council Rules to revise Rule 8. - #11. and #12. to delete the “First Reading” and “Final Reading” classifications for Resolutions.
Body
WHEREAS, resolutions being proposed for consideration by the Parish Council are placed on the regular Agenda for consideration by the Council at the stated meeting; and,
WHEREAS, regular Resolutions do not require an introduction and hold over for future meetings; and,
WHEREAS, if it is the desire of the Parish Council to hold over a Resolution it may do so by a simple motion to table; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to amend Rule 8. - #11. to read “Resolutions”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby amend Rule 8. - #11. as follows:
