Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of David J. Pittman - "Paramont Pest Management" - a pest control business at 613 S. Fashion Blvd, Hahnville, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of David J. Pittman would require Louisiana State licensing for a pest control business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by David J. Pittman, 613 S. Fashion Blvd, Hahnville, La. is for - "Paramont Pest Management" - a pest control business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant David J. Pittman a home occupation permit for a pest control business.
