Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Contract for Engineering Services with Civil and Environmental Consulting Engineers, for necessary professional engineering services associated with Parish Project No. P150801-2 Ama Drainage Improvements.
Body
WHEREAS, on June 4, 2015 Civil and Environmental Consulting Engineers was tasked with updating the Master Drainage Plan (MDP) for the Ama area; and,
WHEREAS, during the work on the MDP it was noted that storm water flows could be sent to the Ama Pump Station and that the station has the capabilities to be upgraded; and,
WHEREAS, the Parish wishes to implement upgrades and as such require engineering to effect those upgrades.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Engineering Services Contract with Civil and Environmental Consulting Engineers for the design of Parish Project P150801-2 Ama Drainage Improvements is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Engineering Services Contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
