A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the resubdivision of Lots 12-A & 14-A of the Booker T. Washington Subdivision into Lots 12-B & 14-B at 438 and 430 S. Kinler Street, Boutte, and to waive the minimum lot size for proposed lot 14-B, as requested by Russell Diggs, Sr.

WHEREAS, The St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive the minimum lot area requirement; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant requested a waiver to the minimum lot area in the R-1AM zoning district from 5,000 SF to 4,170 SF for proposed lot 14-B; and;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their June 5, 2014 meeting approved PZS-2014-21 and recommended approval of the noted waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the resubdivision of Lots 12-A & 14-A of the Booker T. Washington Subdivision into Lots 12-B & 14-B (438 and 430 S. Kinler Street, Boutte; PZS 2014-21), and to waive the minimum lot size for proposed lot 14-B to 4,170 Square Feet in the R-1AM zoning district.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2014, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
