RESOLUTION NO.                                                                

Title

A resolution appointing Mr. Dwayne E. Harris to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District V Representative.

Body

WHEREAS,                     there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the resignation of Ms. Keondra Milligan on August 10, 2022; and,

WHEREAS,                     it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that                      Mr.Dwayne E. Harris                                                               260 First Street, St. Rose, LA  70087                                           is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District V Representative.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2025.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
