Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Boh Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C. for the construction of Parish Project No. S000403, Sewerage, Lift Stations and Force Main Improvements Phase I, in the base bid amount of $3,146,605.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on January 10, 2003 for Parish Project No. S000403, Sewerage, Lift Stations and Force Main Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Harman Engineering, Inc., Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, Boh Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C., in the base bid amount of $3,146,605.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Boh. Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C. for the construction of Parish Project No. S000403, Sewerage, Lift Stations and Force Main Improvements be hereby accepted in the base bid amount of $3,146,605.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ____________, 2003, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
