Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P000311, Bar None East Jack and Bore to balance contractual quantities with actual quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-1-7 adopted January 13, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with L.L.&G. Construction, Inc. for the construction of Bar None East Jack and Bore in the amount of $142,545.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 - Final is necessary to close out the construction contract with L.L.&G. Construction, Inc. for Parish Project No. P000311, Bar None East Jack and Bore.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for Parish Project No. P000311, Bar None East Jack and Bore, to reduce the contract amount by six thousand four hundred twenty-six dollars and fifty cents ($6,426.50) and increase the contract time by thirty-nine (39) days, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
