IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Jordyn Michelle Posey is a resident of St. Charles Parish, residing in Destrehan, Louisiana with her parents Shay and Tate Posey and brother Devin; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on October 13, 2019, Jordyn was crowned the 13th Junior Miss Festival of Charities Queen at the annual Festival of Charities Pageant held at the American Legion Hall in St. Rose.  She also received the Photogenic Award and Fashion Award; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Jordyn will represent the Festival of Charities at the Buddywalk, and several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
