Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A to O-L on approximately 2.35 acres of a 41.9 acre tract as shown on a delineation map for Friloux Ventures by T. Baker Smith, located south of Lagattuta Estates Subdivision, as requested by Melissa & Brennen Friloux and Kourtne & Kris Donnaud, on behalf of the property owners Geraldine B. Hooper (Vannoy), Wade D. Hooper, and Lydia H. Lingle.
Body
WHEREAS, Melissa & Brennen Friloux and Kourtne & Kris Donnaud, on behalf of the property owners Geraldine B. Hooper (Vannoy), Wade D. Hooper, and Lydia H. Lingle, request a rezoning from R-1A to O-L on an area of land that appears to measure approximately 2.35 acres of a 41.9 acre tract and is as shown on a delineation map for Friloux Ventures by T. Baker Smith, located at the terminus of Terri Drive, adjacent to Lagattuta Estates Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department recommended denial of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the request at its regular meeting of December 3, 2020.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from R-1A to O-L on approximately 2.35 acres of a 41.9 acre tract as shown on a delineation map for Friloux Ventures by T. Baker Smith, located at the terminus of Terri Drive, adjacent to Lagattuta Estates Subdivision, as requested by Melissa & Brennen Friloux and Kourtne & Kris Donnaud, on behalf of the property owners Geraldine B. Hooper (Vannoy), Wade D. Hooper, and Lydia H. Lingle.
SECTION II. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from R-1A to O-L on approximately 2.35 acres of ...
