An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Keia Vinnett - "Kreative Korner Hair Designs" - a hair salon at 462 Fourth Street, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Keia Vinnett would require Louisiana State Cosmetology licensing for a hair salon.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Keia Vinnett, 462 Fourth Street, St. Rose, La. is for - "Kreative Korner Hair Designs" - a hair salon is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Keia Vinnett a home occupation permit for a hair salon.
