Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Contract with Dynamic Constructors, LLC, for the Renovations to Ormond Field RE-BID Project in the amount of $925,200.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by St. Charles Parish on June 25, 2013, for the Renovations to Ormond Field RE-BID Project at 1901 Ormond Boulevard in Destrehan; and,
WHEREAS, Campo Design Architects, the Architect for the project, has reviewed the bids and recommended that the project be awarded to the low bidder, Dynamic Constructors, LLC, in the amount of $925,200.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Dynamic Constructors, LLC, for the Renovations to Ormond Field RE-BID Project be hereby approved and accepted in the amount of $925,200.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
