Title
An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from M-1 to R-1A Portion of Lots 127, 129 & 131 Coteau de France or Ranson Tract (proposed Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5) of The Sunset Drainage District, Sec. 39, T14S R20E as requested by George and Sara Sims.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from M-1 to R-1A at Portion of Lots 127, 129 & 131 Coteau de France or Ranson Tract (proposed Lots 1, 2, 3, and 5) of The Sunset Drainage District, Sec. 39, T14S R20E as requested by George and Sara Sims.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from M-1 to R-1A at Portion of Lots 127, 129 & 131 Coteau de France or Ranson Tract (proposed Lots 1, 2, 3, and 5) of The Sunset Drainage District, Sec. 39, T14S R20E as requested by George and Sara Sims.
