Title

A resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of 2020-2-SPU for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district, Lot 19, Lagattuta Estates Subdivision, 610 Diane Drive, Luling as requested by William Hamilton.

Body

WHEREAS,                     William Hamilton requested a special permit use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Department of Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the special permit use; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the special permit at its regular meeting on July 9, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district, Lot 19, Lagattuta Estates Subdivision, 610 Diane Drive, Luling as requested by William Hamilton.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
