RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. James Joseph Krajcer, Jr., to the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission as the District III Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION due to the resignation of Mr. David P. Schexnaydre, Sr. on January 1, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. James Joseph Krajcer, Jr. 84 Melrose Drive, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION as the District III Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire MAY 31, 2025.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
