A resolution supporting the application to the Louisiana Office of Community Development Local Government Assistance Program FY 2014-2015 for funding in the amount of $94,167 to install three (3) AASHTO H-20-44 wheel load access hatches at the St. John Sewer Lift Station located at 163 West Heather St. in Luling.

WHEREAS, Louisiana Legislature House Bill 2 (Act 25) allocated $6.7 million for the Local Government Assistance Program for fiscal year 2014-2015; and,
WHEREAS, the amount available to each parish for the fiscal year is $94,167; and,
WHEREAS, the installation of three (3) AASHTO H-20-44 wheel load access hatches at the St. John Sewer Lift Station located at 163 West Heather St. in Luling qualifies for the allocated funding; and,
WHEREAS, the Parish Council's support for the application to have said project included in the Louisiana Office of Community Development Local Government Assistance Program is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, hereby provide this resolution in support of the application for the inclusion of the installation of three (3) AASHTO H-20-44 wheel load access hatches at the St. John Sewer Lift Station located at 163 West Heather St. in Luling in the Louisiana Office of Community Development Local Government Assistance Program FY 2014-2015.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2014, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
