Title
A resolution providing mandatory support for the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval to expand a barroom on Lot A-1-A, Ford Subdivision, municipal address 13459 Highway 90, Boutte.
Body
WHEREAS, White Boot Investments, Inc. requests a special permit use for an expansion of a barroom; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the special permit use with the following stipulations at its regular meeting on January 11, 2017.
1. That minor adjustments to the submitted site plan can be approved through the building permit process.
2. That if the Sheriff continues to receive noise complaints this issue can be reviewed by the Planning Department and the business license can be revoked.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use to expand a barroom on Lot A-1-A, Ford Subdivision, municipal address 13459 Highway 90, Boutte.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
