An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) (Balancing) for Parish Project No. P960308 Lakewood Drive Drainage Improvements to increase the contract amount by $8,189.76.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. Emergency Ordinance No. 99-10-13 adopted October 25, 1999 by
The St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with
Bryon E. Talbot Contractor, Inc. for the construction of the Lakewood Drive Drainage Improvements in the amount of $928,306.00.
SECTION II. That it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual installed quantities.
SECTION III. That it is necessary to increase the contract amount by $8,189.76.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) (Balancing) to the contract for the Lakewood Drive Drainage Improvements and to increase the contract amount by $8,189.76.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
