Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Contract for Engineering Services between Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers, LLC, and St. Charles Parish for necessary professional engineering services associated with the proposed Des Allemands Boat Launch.
Body
WHEREAS, the proposed Des Allemands Boat Launch project will be designed for the approximate 3.01 acres in the southeast corner of Sunset Drainage District Lot 338-A with access across the levee crown to launch ramps to be developed on a portion of Bayou Des Allemands, as well as a 60 ft. wide access from the WPA Road (LA Hwy. 632) extending to Lot 338-A in Des Allemands; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to award a Contract for Engineering Services to Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers, LLC, for said project.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Contract for Engineering Services between Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers, LLC, and St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
