Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Brian Martinez for - "Brian Martinez Contracting Services" - general carpentry. Home office will be at 146 Thoroughbred Avenue, Montz, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Brian Martinez would require Louisiana State Contractors licensing for general carpentry.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Brian Martinez, 146 Thoroughbred Avenue, Montz, La. is for - "Brian Martinez Contracting Services".
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Brian Martinez a home occupation permit for general carpentry.
