Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lots Z-1-B, Z-2-B and Z-3-B including Parcels 1 & 2 into Lots Z-1-B-1 and Z-1-B-2, John Lambert Tract, all located at 295 I-310 Service Rd., St. Rose with a waiver to the required minimum width and frontage on a developed public street for Lot Z-1-B-2.as requested by John Key and Julio Dumas.

WHEREAS, at their February 4, 2016 meeting, the Planning Commission recommended Approval of PZS-2016-04, resubdivision of Lots Z-1-B, Z-2-B and Z-3-B including Parcels 1 & 2 into Lots Z-1-B-1 and Z-1-B-2, John Lambert Tract 295 I-310 Service Rd., St. Rose with a waiver to the required minimum width and frontage on a developed public street for Lot Z-1-B-2, as requested by John Key and Julio Dumas; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) stipulates that consideration of a minor resubdivision by the Planning and Zoning Commission also requires approval by the St. Charles Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That PZS-2016-04, a resubdivision of Lots Z-1-B, Z-2-B and Z-3-B including Parcels 1 & 2 into Lots Z-1-B-1 and Z-1-B-2, John Lambert Tract 295 I-310 Service Rd., St. Rose with a waiver to the required minimum width and frontage on a developed public street for Lot Z-1-B-2, as requested by John Key & Julio Dumas, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. The Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached surveys by BFM, PLS, dated October 6, 2015 (revised 1/26/16).
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ____ day of __ 2016, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
