Title
A resolution requesting the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to install “NO DUMPING” signs on the west side of LA 306 at Luke, Mark, Matthew, Matherne, Pleasant Valley, Dixie, Bayou Estates, Bayou Estates South, Pine, Michael, and Beau Place Streets in Bayou Gauche.

WHEREAS, persons are dumping debris, trash, furniture, etc. on the west side of LA 306 along all of the above mentioned streets in Bayou Gauche causing an unsightly view while driving along LA 306.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to install “NO DUMPING” signs on the west side of LA 306 at Luke, Mark, Matthew, Matherne, Pleasant Valley, Dixie, Bayou Estates, Bayou Estates South, Pine, Michael, and Beau Place Streets in Bayou Gauche.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development Representatives: District Administrator Michael Stack and Secretary Sherri LaBas, asking that they support and take whatever steps are necessary to expedite the installation of these “NO DUMPING” signs.
