Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Agreement with Pintail Contracting Services, LLC for the construction of the West Bank Bridge Park Pavilion at 13825 River Road in Luling.
Body
WHEREAS,      sealed bids were received on January 6, 2011 for the construction of the West Bank Bridge Park Pavilion to be located at 13825 River Road in Luling; and,
WHEREAS,      Campo Designs Architects, Inc. has reviewed the bids and recommends that the project be awarded to the lowest bidder, Pintail Contracting Services, LLC in the amount of $257,150.00; and,
WHEREAS,      it is the desire of the Parish Council to approve said Agreement.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      That the bid of Pintail Contracting Services, LLC  for the construction of the West Bank Bridge Park Pavilion is hereby approved and accepted in the amount of $257,150.00.
SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
