Title
A resolution requesting the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to install "NO PARKING" signs eastbound on Highway 90 in front of the Dollar General store in Paradis.
Body
WHEREAS, vehicles are parking along Highway 90 in Paradis blocking the visibility of patrons exiting the Dollar General parking lot onto Highway 90 causing a hazardous situation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to install "NO PARKING" signs eastbound on Highway 90 in front of the Dollar General store in Paradis.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development Representatives: District Administrator Michael Stack and Secretary Sherri LaBas, asking that they support and take whatever steps are necessary to expedite the installation of these "NO PARKING" signs.
