Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lot 29-A-1A, Primrose Estates Subdivision into Lot designated as Lots 1-36 & Parcel A of Primrose Place Townhomes located in Section 50, T13S, R21E (Boutte) as requested by A.R.E. Ventures.
Body
WHEREAS,      A.R.E Ventures are the owners of Lot 29-A-1A located in Section 50, T13S, R21E in Boutte, LA; and,
WHEREAS,      A.R.E Ventures wish to subdivide the Lot 29-A-1A into Lots 1-36 & Parcel A, Primrose Place Townhomes; and,
WHEREAS,      Resubdivision into 5 or more lots requires Planning Commission and Parish Council approval; and,
WHEREAS,      the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Riverlands Surveying Company, dated October 5, 2009 survey plat and resubdivision of Lot 29-A-1A, Primrose Estates Subdivision into lots herein designated as Lots 1-36 & Parcel A of Primrose Place Townhomes, situated in Section 50, T13S, R21E, Boutte, St Charles Parish LA is hereby approved.
