An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 2 to the contract for Engineering Services, dated December 21, 1998, between N-Y Associates, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for design services associated with the Willowdale Pump Station, Parish Project No. P980701.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance 98-12-11, dated December 21, 1998, approved a contract between St. Charles Parish and N-Y Associates, Inc. for engineering services associated with the Willowdale Pump Station, Parish Project No. P980701; and,
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 was approved by the St. Charles Parish Council to require additional design services, which included additional engineering fees, permit coordination, and geotechnical work; and,
WHEREAS, this Amendment No. 2 is necessary to revise the resident inspection services probable budget and the total probable project budget.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: To approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 2 to the aforementioned Contract for Engineering Services between N-Y Associates, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for the additional resident inspection services of the Willowdale Pump Station, Parish Project No. P980701.
