Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Angelo & Janett Cancella- "Bee's Are My Business" - bee removal and keepers at 557 West Hoover, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Angelo & Janett Cancella would require Louisiana State licensing for bee removal and keeping.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Angelo & Janett Cancella, 557 West Hoover, Destrehan, La. is for - "Bee's Are My Business" - bee removal and keepers is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Angelo & Janett Cancella a home occupation permit for bee removal and keeping.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
