Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Services Agreement with ARCCO Company Services, Inc., for the Wastewater Generator Preventative Maintenance 2026 (Project No. S260701), in the amount not to exceed $99,735.00.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish Department of Wastewater desires to establish a contract for Preventative Maintenance for thirty-two (32) generators installed at various sewer lift stations across the Parish; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish and ARCCO Company Services, Inc., have mutually agreed upon a price of $99,735.00 to complete the work; and,
WHEREAS, the Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and ARCCO Company Services, Inc., describes the scope, schedule, and compensation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and ARCCO Company Services, Inc., for the Wastewater Generator Preventative Maintenance 2026 (Project No. S260701), in the amount not to exceed $99,735.00, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _____ day of ____________, 2026, to become effective (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
