I am NOT in favor of having this business operate in the subdivision. I live at 301 Ormond Village Dr. which is approximately 4 houses away from this residence. There was always a trailer parked on their front lawn creating mud ruts - always an eyesore. I also witness a Saia delivery truck 18 wheeler last week making a delivery at this residence. When the delivery was completed the driver took a left turn at Cedar Lane and Ormond Village and had a hard time maneuvering the corner knocking branches off of my oak tree. I live on this corner (301 Ormond Village) and had to clean up the broken tree limbs. This is a residential area with many small kids playing in the area safety should be the first consideration not to mention the damage to the parish streets due to the heavy trucks.
